Stopping at green lights; driving at red lights
I once was a passenger in the car of a friend.
We approach a green light and he stops the car. The light turns red and he drives through it causing me quite a fright.
As we near the next light, which happens to be green, he stops. As soon as it turns red, he lunges through the intersections. Unable to contain myself, I exclaim, “Where did you learn to drive?!”
My friend replies, “My brother taught me.”
I question, “You do know that green means go and red means stop don’t you?”
He answers, “Yes, but my brother might be on the other road.”
